Hemoglobin a1C = 5.6. (Normal is from 4 to 6.)

Miles bicycled yesterday: 70.18. Unfortunately, two flat tires in the space of a mile slowed me down somewhat, but at least I got some practice at changing flats -- not to mention a reminder to equip my bike with new tires before Death Valley.
